Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive long-term financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to support sustainable growth.
  • •Ensure robust financial controls, governance, compliance, risk management, and effective capital allocation.
  • •Oversee funding, liquidity, cash flow, working capital, revenue assurance, billing accuracy, and collections.
  • •Build FP&A capabilities and provide commercial insight and challenge to improve profitability, pricing decisions, and cost drivers.
  • •Lead finance transformation, developing a high-performing finance function through talent development and process digitalisation/automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive finance role.
  • •Professional accounting qualification required.
  • •Strong FP&A, treasury, financial control, governance, and commercial finance experience.
  • •Experience leading large, complex, multi-site organisations.
  • •Fluency in Portuguese and English.
