Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build production components for the design system using Angular and TypeScript, grounded in HTML and CSS fundamentals.
  • •Own interaction decisions, component design, and front-end architecture end-to-end, translating ambiguous requirements into usable UX.
  • •Translate process-intelligence data and AI-driven behaviors into clear, intuitive, high-performance operator experiences.
  • •Set technical and craft standards for front-end quality, polish, motion/animation, performance, and accessibility across the team.
  • •Make the system agent-ready by maintaining tokens-as-code (W3C DTCG format), authoring component metadata/docs/APIs, and building CI guardrails (evals, visual-regression, accessibility, token compliance).

Key Requirements

  • •Around 5–8 years of design/UX engineering or front-end experience, including hands-on work building a design system or component library in a SaaS/B2B environment.
  • •Strong UX instincts with the ability to own interaction decisions independently with minimal oversight.
  • •Production front-end skills in Angular and TypeScript, with solid HTML and CSS fundamentals; React experience is a plus.
  • •Deep understanding of design token architecture and modern token pipelines.
