Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the preparation of budgets, detailed cost modeling, benchmarking analysis, and presentations to senior management.
  • •Monitor adherence against budget throughout the project lifecycle, including cost checks/reviews, value engineering, cost-saving initiatives, and evaluating alternates.
  • •Assist with orderly development of requests for proposal (RFPs) leading into procurement for design services and related agreements.
  • •Support commercial change management and change evaluation efforts across projects.
  • •Advise and intervene to resolve major contractual claims and disputes as they arise, and oversee commercial risk management (audits, contingency analysis, risk identification, and analysis).

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualifications in quantity surveying, cost management, project management, or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in a relevant field, preferably with data center or high-tech project experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines proactively as part of a team.
  • •Fluent spoken and written English.
  • •Experience supporting commercial controls, including cost checks/reviews and budget adherence across project lifecycles.
