•Facilitate governance, including decision-making bodies and strategic advice on platform evolution.
•Oversee operational management: budgeting, scheduling, workload plans and risk management.
•Assist clients in integrating modules such as ITSM, HR, SecOps, FSM or CSM.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree or Master's level ( Bac+5 ) with at least 6 years of IT experience and/or 4 years in project management
• Proven experience on ITSM solution integration or similar projects
•Strong Agile methodologies experience and crisis management skills
•Excellent rigour, organisation and teamwork orientation
•English proficiency is essential
