•Maintain a clean, organized back-stock area and employee break area, including daily cleaning tasks.
•Promote a positive work environment by recognizing outstanding performance and maintaining a respectful workplace.
•Contribute to store goals by effectively communicating policies, promotions, and brand initiatives to customers and team members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Two years of retail store experience preferred.
•High School Diploma.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
•Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
•Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
