Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers warmly, act as an Insider Program ambassador, and provide assistance at cashwrap and in line.
  • •Capture customer information accurately and securely and help meet customer needs with appropriate solutions.
  • •Complete end-of-shift audits and process returns, repairs, and damaged items per policy.
  • •Maintain SKU accuracy, cashwrap organization, cleanliness, and handle cash/media accurately.
  • •Suggest add-ons and promote gift cards; assist with cashier training and report equipment issues.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail, with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.

  • •Ability to read price/release sheets and use a walkie-talkie as needed.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain service standards.
  • •Strong English language proficiency.
