Key Responsibilities

  • •Own B2B paid and emerging demand-channel strategy across paid search, paid social, display and retargeting, content syndication, and third-party demand media partnerships.
  • •Translate pipeline goals into audience/channel strategies (ICP, segments, intent signals), forecast assumptions, budget recommendations, campaign architecture, and an experimentation roadmap.
  • •Partner with Performance Marketing to define B2B audience, campaign, offer, creative, landing-page, conversion, and measurement requirements.
  • •Build content syndication and third-party demand media partner strategy, including partner selection, lead-validation standards, commercial terms, and pipeline measurement.
  • •Design full-funnel tests connecting media exposure and engagement to qualified leads through pipeline and revenue outcomes; develop performance narratives for leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in B2B performance marketing, paid acquisition, demand generation, or growth, ideally for enterprise and multi-segment audiences.
  • •Deep expertise in B2B audience strategy, paid search, and paid social.
  • •Practical experience with content syndication, third-party demand media partnerships, audience platforms, conversion tracking, and vendor management.
  • •Track record improving qualified pipeline, ROI, CAC efficiency, conversion, or revenue outcomes, including managing meaningful budgets.
