Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify business challenges and improvement opportunities and provide strategic or tactical recommendations using analysis.
  • •Perform modeling/analytics to support internal Compliance product builds.
  • •Frame problems, develop hypotheses, test and analyze, and drive solution development and operational feasibility.
  • •Lead implementation efforts and develop monitoring plans to track outcomes.
  • •Partner across Capital One with business, Compliance, Technology, Product, Risk, Legal, and Risk Management leaders to ensure solutions are compliant and customer-centric.

Salary: USD 101,100 - 126,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.
  • •Earned or in the process of obtaining a quantitative bachelor’s degree (or a master’s in a quantitative field, or an MBA with quantitative concentration) by the scheduled start date.
  • •1+ years of experience building statistical models.
  • •1+ years of experience querying with SQL and programming with Python.
  • •2+ years of experience in business analysis (consulting experience is a plus).
