Job Summary

We are building the upstream supplier connector for Terra, owning the end-to-end data path from provider sources to Terra destinations. You’ll design and scale ingestion pipelines, normalization, and event delivery across cloud APIs and mobile SDKs, with emphasis on reliability, observability, and fast, safe schema evolution in a high-volume health data platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the full data path from source to destination, including ingestion, normalization, and delivery.
•Define and implement Ingestion Pipeline for provider data from cloud APIs and mobile SDKs; ensure raw data is queued and normalized.
•Lead Normalization Engine to convert diverse provider payloads into Terra’s standardized models.
•Oversee Event Delivery with reliable at-least-once delivery across webhooks, databases, storage, and queues.
•Develop Provider Framework and Upstream Supplier Connector to onboard new sources quickly and maintain backwards compatibility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 80,000 - 120,000 annually

•3+ years in platform/software engineering or distributed systems
•Experience designing and owning end-to-end data pipelines or ingestion paths
•Familiarity with event-driven delivery and data normalization across heterogeneous sources
•Strong emphasis on observability, monitoring, and incident response in production systems
•Ability to move quickly from whiteboard to production with reliable, scalable design
