Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement market management strategies that maximize product value and drive customer ROI through revenue and distribution optimization.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop Market Performance Team Leads and Specialists with coaching, training, and feedback.
  • •Own and manage the optimization and revenue pipeline, including forecasting, prioritisation and resourcing; monitor health, conversion, and velocity.
  • •Build and maintain performance reporting on pipeline, revenue impact, and team productivity for internal stakeholders and, where appropriate, customers.
  • •Design and oversee distribution optimization strategies across OTAs, direct, GDS, and other channels; collaborate cross-functionally to inform product and go-to-market decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive market management experience at an OTA, customer success, upgrade sales, account management, or similar customer-facing roles, including leadership managing teams.
  • •Proven track record designing and implementing market performance/optimization programs that drive measurable revenue and customer outcomes.
  • •Strong analytical skills using data to inform decisions and manage a pipeline (e.g., RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, channel mix, conversion, productivity).
  • •Solid grounding in hotel revenue management concepts (demand forecasting, pricing, inventory and channel management, competitive set analysis).
  • •Fluent English required; additional languages (Spanish, German, French, Italian, Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa, Portuguese, Mandarin) are a plus.
