Job Summary

Support the Trading business in Binance’s Data Analytics function by turning large-scale transactional, operational, and customer data into actionable insights. You’ll analyze PB-scale datasets, build advanced visualizations and machine learning models, and translate complex findings into clear recommendations for trading, operations, and executive stakeholders. •Work across the full data lifecycle—data engineering, visualizations, machine learning models, and experiments—to support the Trading business.
•Analyze and interpret PB-scale volumes of transactional, operational, and customer data using proprietary and open-source tools.
•Translate complex findings into simple visualizations and recommendations for trading, operational teams, and executives.
•Partner with trading, operations, and product teams to turn large-scale data into insights.
•Operate in a fast-paced environment where time to market is critical.

Key Requirements

•Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics/Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences).
•At least 3 years of full-time experience in an Analytics or Data Science role.
•Ability to quickly learn and apply new tools/techniques, including proprietary analytical software, data models, and programming languages.
•Strong curiosity to identify, investigate, and explain trends and patterns, communicating complex findings clearly.
•Competency in two or more tools: analytical software (e.g., R, SAS), data visualization (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI), relational/graph databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Neo4J), and programming (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
