Key Responsibilities

  • •Cultivate Reflection’s presence with developer and research communities by building trusted relationships with researchers and engineers and representing Reflection externally.
  • •Develop and oversee community programs and event strategy, including ambassador/developer programs, content channels, and university partnerships; organize hackathons, meetups, and webinars.
  • •Collaborate with Communications, Product, Research, and Go-To-Market teams to create strategy and content for social, events, launches, and related initiatives; build and maintain operational infrastructure for external programming.
  • •Create community content and tutorials, technical explainers, and spotlights to engage developers and researchers beyond product launches.
  • •Bring community signals back to the team to inform product communication and customer/partner strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience running community programs, developer relations, or technical marketing at an AI company, open-source project, or developer-focused technology company (essential).
  • •Strong operational discipline to own an events calendar and programs portfolio in a fast-moving environment.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to produce content that earns attention in technical communities.
  • •Deep embeddedness in developer/research communities, with an existing presence or meaningful network in AI/ML spaces.
  • •Ability to build and manage ambassador/developer programs end-to-end, including recruiting, activation, and ongoing relationship management.
