Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead catalog strategy across multiple segments, building and maintaining a structured entity catalog with completion, freshness, and confidence tracking.
  • •Research and codify governing standards and tradecraft for agents building entities, including defensible quantitative formulas for performance modeling.
  • •Design and supervise agent-directed production by creating prompts, review loops, and guardrails for accurate first-pass research and documentation.
  • •Drive ongoing VV&A by directing automated test batteries and organizing competitive wargames to stress-test assumptions and validate or correct data.
  • •Lead knowledge and documentation standards, authoring internal/external articles and training/mentoring other analysts on rubrics and VV&A methods.

Salary: USD 134,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong research and analytical skills, with judgment to make sound assumptions when source data is incomplete or conflicted.
  • •Ability to direct AI agents productively by writing clear instructions, structuring review checkpoints, and catching agent errors.
  • •Comfort with quantitative modeling and the ability to reason about and sanity-check formulas (e.g., weapon effects, fuel consumption, survivability).
  • •Strong organizational skills to maintain a catalog/tracking system spanning hundreds of items while tracking freshness and data confidence.
  • •Concise, effective written and verbal communication to author standards and knowledge articles others and agents can follow exactly.
