Job Summary

Provide primary technical interface between Pratt & Whitney and TF33 engine customers, delivering timely technical responses and coordinating with USAF, P&W Program Office, Contracts, and various Engineering groups to resolve issues and improve engine readiness. Perform field support at customer sites, present briefings, and drive cross-team collaboration to ensure fleet readiness and mission capability.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as primary technical interface between Pratt & Whitney and TF33 customers.
•Provide complete timely responses to customer and FSR technical questions and track in appropriate systems.
•Research technical issues and correct source data to resolve systems level issues, coordinate with program management and customers to implement solutions to improve engine safety and readiness.
•Support coordination and participate in company teams sent out to customer locations for special inspections, data collection, evaluation of designs, etc.
•Prepare and present Maintenance Awareness Briefings (MAB) to USAF and foreign military services (FMS).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
•Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen as only Citizens are able to obtain a security clearance.
•Experience coordinating across teams including the USAF, P&W Program Office, Contracts, Military Engines Finance, and multiple P&W Engineering organizations.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word).
•Travel: 20-30%
