Drive operating leadership for the Slack organization, spanning GTM operations, product commercialization, AI-driven growth, and business transformation. Key Responsibilities

•Shape Slack GTM strategy focused on AI-powered work and the Agentforce platform, including participation in annual planning and budgeting.
•Operationalize GTM with pipeline management and forecasting, and lead demand generation and Slack enablement.
•Lead product commercialization and AI strategy for Slack’s AI and Agentforce integrations, including offer development and pricing/packaging for AI-first SKUs.
•Drive business leadership and executive alignment by amplifying the CEO/GM impact and ensuring effective ELT collaboration and key customer/press/partner engagements.
•Lead culture and organizational health through communications, organization design, change management, leadership development, and succession planning.

Salary: USD 221,900 - 390,300 annually

•Proven track record managing strategy and operational teams in large, matrixed organizations.
•Ability to influence key stakeholders across a large, matrixed organization and drive stakeholder alignment through prioritization.
•Experience serving as a manager of managers—empowering, inspiring, and developing senior leaders with strong communication skills aligned to core values.
