Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) offering roadmap, including TLS inspection, Post-Quantum Cryptography, PKI, cryptography standards, and secure web gateway/proxy initiatives.
  • •Partner closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to bring products to market and ensure their success.
  • •Engage directly with customers to understand challenges, gather product feedback, and identify new opportunities.
  • •Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through end-of-life, ensuring products meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • •Serve as an internal subject matter expert, providing training and support to sales and cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your domain.
  • •Proven track record in product management with a strong focus on cybersecurity solutions.
  • •Technical proficiency with Proxy Architecture, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), HTTP/S, and SSL/TLS inspection at scale.
