Lead the Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) product strategy, driving the roadmap for TLS inspection, Post-Quantum Cryptography, PKI, and secure web gateway/proxy capabilities. Own the product lifecycle from ideation through end-of-life while partnering across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver outcomes. Engage directly with customers for feedback, and act as an internal subject matter expert supporting cross-functional enablement.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive the Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) offering roadmap, including TLS inspection, Post-Quantum Cryptography, PKI, cryptography standards, and secure web gateway/proxy initiatives.
•Partner closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to bring products to market and ensure their success.
•Engage directly with customers to understand challenges, gather product feedback, and identify new opportunities.
•Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through end-of-life, ensuring products meet and exceed customer expectations.
•Serve as an internal subject matter expert, providing training and support to sales and cross-functional teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 171,500 - 245,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your domain.
•Proven track record in product management with a strong focus on cybersecurity solutions.
•Technical proficiency with Proxy Architecture, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), HTTP/S, and SSL/TLS inspection at scale.
•Deep understanding of federal infrastructure requirements such as IPv6 connectivity, PKI, and cryptography.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
