Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead AI-enabled transformation programmes across Wealth & Asset Management organisations, identifying opportunities to improve advisor productivity, client experience, operational efficiency, and investment processes using approved AI tools and practical automation where they add value.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, facilitating executive discussions, shaping AI adoption strategies, and translating business challenges into scalable AI use cases and transformation roadmaps.
  • •Oversee delivery activities across complex transformation programmes, leading multidisciplinary teams and supporting governance, stakeholder management, delivery planning, and change execution.
  • •Partner with technology, product, engineering, risk, and compliance teams to support the development, testing, governance, and deployment of AI-enabled solutions with appropriate controls, auditability, and human oversight.
  • •Contribute to the growth of Capco’s Wealth & Asset Management AI proposition through thought leadership, client development, team mentoring, capability building, and the sharing of practical AI use cases and responsible adoption approaches.
