Key Responsibilities

•Lead AI-enabled transformation programmes across Wealth & Asset Management organisations, identifying opportunities to improve advisor productivity, client experience, operational efficiency, and investment processes using approved AI tools and practical automation where they add value.
•Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, facilitating executive discussions, shaping AI adoption strategies, and translating business challenges into scalable AI use cases and transformation roadmaps.
•Oversee delivery activities across complex transformation programmes, leading multidisciplinary teams and supporting governance, stakeholder management, delivery planning, and change execution.
•Partner with technology, product, engineering, risk, and compliance teams to support the development, testing, governance, and deployment of AI-enabled solutions with appropriate controls, auditability, and human oversight.
•Contribute to the growth of Capco’s Wealth & Asset Management AI proposition through thought leadership, client development, team mentoring, capability building, and the sharing of practical AI use cases and responsible adoption approaches.
