Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the design and implementation of new solutions and improve resilience of the current environment.
  • •Configure and install network devices, servers, and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS) as well as specialized Prada hardware.
  • •Help maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades, and collaborating with network architects on optimization.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including hardware and software problems.
  • •Monitor raised IT tickets and ensure SLA are being followed; manage capacity and audit IP addressing and hosted devices in data centers.
