Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale capital construction projects across Asia-Pacific, including entitlement, design, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
  • •Provide direct project leadership and on-site oversight, managing base build scope and specialized facility elements such as cleanrooms and semiconductor R&D labs.
  • •Coordinate hazardous materials system integration (e.g., chemical delivery, gas distribution, exhaust and abatement) in line with EHS and regional regulations.
  • •Navigate regional entitlement processes including permitting, zoning, environmental impact assessments, and engagement with local government and regulatory stakeholders.
  • •Maintain robust project controls (cost, schedule, risk), deliver executive reporting, and manage third-party firms and suppliers through KPIs/scorecards and performance reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
  • •10+ years of construction project management experience delivering $100M+ capital projects across facility types, with experience in multiple Asia-Pacific markets.
  • •Knowledge of construction project delivery models (e.g., Design-Build, CM at Risk, IPD) and contract types (Lump Sum, GMP, Cost-Plus).
  • •Deep technical understanding of complex building systems across entitlement, planning, design, and build, with strong contract administration and vendor management experience.
  • •Fluent business English for cross-border coordination and executive-level stakeholder management; Mandarin is a plus.
