Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize movement and storage of ADIB’s furniture, equipment, and appliances, including shifting secondhand furniture and miscellaneous items to and from ADIB’s store.
  • •Ensure accountable, timely, and cost-effective release of peacekeeping cargo along with personnel.
  • •Develop and execute tools and methodologies to implement logistics plans; coordinate logistics activities related to procurement, funding, and substantive units.
  • •Liaise with the Fixed assets section to inform new locations for branches and departments items/furniture that have been moved.
  • •Verify documents and forms for accuracy/completeness and conformance to rules; manage warehouse inventory and control costs for maintenance and various services/products provided to the bank.
