Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate planning and kickoff workshops with internal and external stakeholders
  • •Facilitate design reviews and large-scale workshops as necessary
  • •Author scopes of work for contracts, gain buy-in, and issue/administer contracts
  • •Define and track deliverables; track cost, schedule, progress, and scope and provide health reporting
  • •Coordinate design activities with procurement and construction and ensure engineering information is issued to the right party at the right time and in the right format

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • •Professional licensure (PE, NCARB, RA) is strongly preferred or 10+ years of significant professional experience may substitute
  • •Prior experience with data center design and/or construction preferred
  • •Strong understanding of construction principles and practices, including preparation of project plans and specifications
  • •Working understanding of AutoCAD for drawing reviews/mark-ups
