Job Summary

Lead enterprise change and capability building across AstraZeneca’s Operations organization, driving adoption of transformation initiatives with a focus on the SAP S/4HANA program and digital/data enablement. Partner across supply chain, manufacturing, quality, procurement, finance, IT/ERP, HR, and L&D to align people, processes, and technology. Own learning strategy, competency frameworks, adoption/value metrics, and process excellence, while communicating clearly to executive, manager, and frontline audiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end change for global and regional initiatives, including digital enablement, process optimization, ERP implementation, and operating model evolution.
•Conduct impact assessments and define engagement strategies to build sponsorship capability with senior leaders for sustained transformation commitment.
•Define competency frameworks, capability roadmaps, and role-based learning pathways, designing scalable learning solutions that support frontline adoption.
•Establish and track adoption/readiness/engagement/sustainment and capability maturity metrics, monitoring risks and communicating insights to leadership for value realization.
•Drive standardized future-state ways of working across functions and sites, supporting continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in change management, organizational development, capability building, learning & development, or business transformation.
•Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs and driving organizational adoption, ideally S/4HANA projects.
•Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders across multiple functions.
•Excellent understanding of change management methodologies and organizational readiness approaches.
•Ability to influence without formal authority and translate business strategy into practical change and capability initiatives.
