  • •Partner with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to keep priority searches moving from outreach through close.
  • •Own candidate communications at key stages, sharing role details, next steps, and outstanding questions.
  • •Coordinate hiring workflows, approvals, and follow-ups to keep candidates and internal partners aligned.
  • •Create and maintain requisitions in the ATS, keeping stages and process setup accurate for tracking and reporting.
  • •Monitor inbound candidate and stakeholder inquiries and route complex cases as needed.

Key Requirements
