Job Summary

Join a platform Identity team to design the “front door” experience used across Circle’s products. You’ll unify fragmented workflows into cohesive platform-level systems, shaping Roles & Permissions and Team Management, building a centralized billing and subscription experience, and creating secure, user-friendly flows for MFA, SSO setup, and account recovery. Partner with leadership and engineering to translate complex requirements into polished, component-based UI.

Key Responsibilities

•Audit fragmented workflows and unify them into a cohesive platform experience as Circle scales.
•Design the user experience for Roles, Permissions, and Team Management, making complex logic intuitive for admins and end-users.
•Create a scalable billing and subscription experience that unifies how customers pay across the Circle ecosystem.
•Design high-stakes security flows including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), SSO setup, and account recovery while preserving usability.
•Build component-based UI systems in Figma that other designers can easily consume and extend.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 172,500 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience on platform teams, internal tools, or design systems, understanding the difference between designing features and designing frameworks.
•Exceptional UI and visual design skills, with a portfolio showing mastery of typography, color, layout, and hierarchy.
•Experience wrangling complex requirements (e.g., permissions or enterprise billing) into clear, logical interfaces.
•Expertise in Figma, building scalable components using auto-layout, variables, and variants other designers can consume.
•As a Lead, the ability to articulate the “why” behind design decisions and collaborate with engineering to maintain design quality.
