Own the transition to HubSpot by leading CRM migration from Freshsales/Desk, configuring Sales and Service tools, and troubleshooting issues to ensure a smooth rollout. Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end migration of CRM data from Freshsales/Desk into HubSpot.
•Configure HubSpot Sales and Service tools to match the client’s workflows and troubleshoot migration issues.
•Manage day-to-day CRM upkeep, data entry, and account maintenance in HubSpot.
•Build and manage sales and marketing sequences, including email templates and follow-ups, and produce recurring sales operations reporting.
•Provide front-line customer support once ramped up, handle light customer-facing content writing, and deliver onboarding/light training on new HubSpot workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 7 hourly

Key Requirements

•Prior experience with CRM data migration (Freshsales/Desk to HubSpot preferred)
•Background in sales operations or sales support
