Director of Performance & Talent Management

Own Prypco’s performance mechanism end-to-end, including review cycles, feedback, calibration, and company-wide KPI reporting. Partner with team leads to address underperformance and raise the talent bar, while designing incentives tied to equity, salary benchmarks, and promotion/raise policies. Serve as a QA function for KPIs, evolve the talent framework (succession, career paths, DEI), and be a trusted advisor to managers and executives.
