Job Summary

Own the architecture and technical direction for agentic commerce in APAC, from early design through production and adoption. As a founding engineer in a new area, drive large, ambiguous projects with high autonomy across time zones. Key Responsibilities

•Own the architecture and technical direction for agentic commerce in APAC end to end, from early design through production and adoption.
•Lead large, ambiguous projects by breaking down work for parallel execution and clearing blockers quickly.
•Operate with high autonomy across time zones, making independent decisions and escalating when needed.
•Work directly with strategic users, translating their needs into systems to build and shipping solutions back fast.
•Write and review code, hold the quality bar, and create crisp technical documents (proposals, design docs, decision records).

Key Requirements

•10+ years of software engineering experience, still hands-on with architecture and code.
•Track record as the technical lead on a complex, external-facing product or platform.
•Deep software architecture experience with sound judgment about tradeoffs under ambiguity.
•Proven ability to work independently and drive projects to completion with little oversight, including across time zones or distributed teams.
•Superb written communication that enables async decision-making via clear documents.
