Job Summary

Serve as the first point of contact for merchants, educating and consulting business owners toward Stax’s payment solutions. Partner with enterprise deals and SaaS software partners, respond to inbound calls, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle from discovery to close. Maintain follow-up tasks in internal systems (including HubSpot), source new opportunities with a hunter mentality, and collaborate with Growth Management, Customer Success, and Underwriting to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with top partners and support large enterprise deals.
•Educate and consult merchants toward the Stax solution and respond to inbound calls and inquiries.
•Maintain follow-up tasks and stay on top of active contacts and opportunities in internal systems, including HubSpot.
•Navigate the sales cycle from initial discovery to close.
•Source new contacts and opportunities outside marketing leads and stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 55,000

Key Requirements

•2-5 years of consultative sales experience selling a technical solution with a 30-45 day sales cycle.
•Ability to ask the right questions to understand merchants’ business, pain points, existing infrastructure, and needs.
•Highly empathetic, with a champion mindset for both Stax and the merchant.
•Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills.
•Knowledge and proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
