Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform custom development tasks, including integration to systems and devices, for InterSystems healthcare applications and related products.
  • •Own site-specific technical setup activities such as integrations, data migration, reporting/data extraction, analytics cubes, and database updates.
  • •Configure environments and manage upgrades and releases to ensure solutions meet project specifications and are delivered and deployed as required.
  • •Provide technical support for customers and implementation partners.
  • •Conduct technical training and develop training materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated ability in software development/programming and analyzing complex data to build software solutions.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify key issues through analysis and questions and develop systematic solutions.
  • •Excellent communication skills with experience conducting customer training, workshops, and/or presentations.
  • •Knowledge of web-oriented languages including HTML and JavaScript, and experience with SQL, data analysis, and database methodologies.
  • •Ability to design and write technical documents and familiarity with Internet/Intranet concepts.
