Key Responsibilities

•Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and instrument work.
•Plan maintenance procedures and select tools, equipment, and materials to complete work to specification, on schedule, and efficiently.
•Proactively identify and report deficiencies to prevent maintenance and equipment issues.
•Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, manuals, and manufacturer specifications to diagnose and perform corrective actions.
•Maintain a safe and clean work environment and adhere to 5S standards while completing daily and weekly schedules.

Key Requirements

•High School diploma or equivalent with over 5 years of electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting, or a two-year Industrial Maintenance degree with 3+ years in manufacturing.
•Journeyman certified electrician (or equivalent), including documentation of 1080 program hours of industrial electrician experience.
•Ability to demonstrate Journeyman-level skills and perform industrial motor control work (A/C & D/C controls).
•Ability to troubleshoot by reading and understanding schematics, blueprints, manuals, manufacturer specifications, and diagrams.
•Ability to work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
