Job Summary

Own the Sliding Stem/control valves product portfolio across Europe end to end—setting vision, driving innovation, and translating market and customer insights into product requirements. Lead product launches and portfolio planning from concept through sustainment and phase-out, building business cases and development plans. Collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, supply chain, and global product teams, and support commercial success through pricing, positioning, training, and sales enablement tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Sliding Stem/control valves portfolio aligned with FCV Europe growth objectives and market trends.
•Own the full product lifecycle from concept and development through launch, sustainment, and phase-out, including identifying growth opportunities and annual development plans.
•Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify needs, emerging applications, and differentiation opportunities.
•Lead product launches, ensuring readiness across documentation, pricing, sales tools, training, and internal communication.
•Develop and maintain sales enablement tools and monitor product performance, profitability, and customer feedback to define pricing, positioning, and improvement actions.

Key Requirements

•Relevant experience in product management, product marketing, or sales within industrial or process industry environments.
•Strong knowledge of control valve technologies and applications.
•Ability to influence and lead across functions without direct authority.
•Strong analytical and business acumen, translating market insights and financial data into clear strategies.
•Clear, confident communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
