Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a primary point of contact with the client and coordinate successful design and construction execution with interdisciplinary technical leads.
  • •Lead technical, financial, and client satisfaction areas using established processes and tools to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
  • •Review contracts, prepare fee proposals, and develop project execution strategies.
  • •Manage sub-consultant scope, fees, deliverables, and performance, ensuring changes to project scope, schedule, and costs are addressed.
  • •Report and escalate project issues to management as needed and provide leadership to manage projects and teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (MEP or Structural background) plus four (4) years of related experience, or demonstrated equivalency.
  • •Professional licensure (RA and/or PE).
  • •10+ years of recent relevant experience in a direct Project Manager / Design Manager role (preferred).
  • •Master’s degree in Architecture (preferred).
  • •Strong experience using Autodesk Revit and managing multi-disciplined teams (preferred).
