•Mentor and coach other Product Managers to elevate product craft, execution, and strategic thinking, prioritizing outcomes over output.
•Standardize and scale the product operating model across the organization using principles like product trios, data-informed decision making, rapid prototyping, and Kaizen.
•Own the Advanced Ads product strategy and vision, integrating its ad injection, targeting, and Google Ad Manager capabilities into MonetizeMore.
•Lead continuous product discovery to validate ideas for usability, feasibility, viability, and value before writing code.
•Drive end-to-end monetization outcomes with a focus on ROI, customer lifetime value, and monthly recurring revenue, collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ensure adoption and commercial impact.
