Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the ORCC governance and reporting framework, including change control, reporting templates, dashboards, and KPIs aligned with NIMS.
  • •Support ORCC Units 2, 3, and 4 in establishing governance and reporting systems to ensure consistent application.
  • •Manage the ORCC change control process and configuration control for ORCC governance documents.
  • •Monitor and report on conditional/action reports that may impact Unit 1 scope of work, and track team training and CR requirements for compliance.
  • •Support ORCC budget management and control, including monthly finance accruals for consultants and tracking consultant contract renewals and procurement requirements, including monthly SAP service entries.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in General Management, Administration, Engineering Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
  • •5 years of relevant experience.
  • •10 years of governance and reporting experience or more (preferred).
  • •Knowledge aligned with Nawah Integrated Management System (NIMS) reporting requirements (implied).
  • •Experience setting up governance and reporting systems across operational readiness control centers (implied).
