Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team for HBM bringup, characterization, and production ramp.
  • •Collaborate across NVIDIA and with HBM vendors to root-cause manufacturing and shift-left failures.
  • •Own root-cause analysis and resolution for yield excursions, fallout, and reliability escapes; ensure NPI-to-production transitions.
  • •Lead yield improvement initiatives to reduce HBM manufacturing fallout across NVIDIA’s supply chain.
  • •Establish scalable data analysis frameworks, automation tooling, and statistical methodologies for validation and production monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •MS or BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • •8+ years of experience in memory product development or engineering.
  • •3+ years of technical leadership and people management experience.
  • •Strong circuit-level understanding of HBM architecture and AC/DC datasheet parameters.
  • •Hands-on experience with product characterization on the Verigy 93K ATE platform.
