Job Summary

Support cost management services for large-scale data center construction projects, with a focus on heavy civil and site development scopes. Partner with clients on procurement and commercial evaluation, build and maintain cost plans and estimates, and update cost reports, forecasts, budgets, and risk registers. Assist with value engineering, change order analysis, dispute avoidance, payment application reviews, and final account reconciliation, using standard estimating and quantity take-off tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the client on procurement strategies, including vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and coordination of appointment processes.
•Prepare and review detailed cost estimates and develop/maintain cost plans aligned with early works, site development, and heavy civil scopes.
•Review contractor and vendor proposals, including bid leveling and commercial evaluations.
•Assist with cost reporting by preparing and updating cost reports, forecasts, budget tracking tools, and maintaining budgets and spend forecasts.
•Track and analyze change orders, support dispute avoidance and resolution, and help with final account reconciliation, post-contract audits, and project close-out activities.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
•3–5 years of relevant cost management experience in construction, including large-scale infrastructure or heavy civil projects.
•Experience supporting fast-paced construction programs with significant site development components.
•RICS accredited or working toward accreditation preferred.
•Good understanding of construction methods, procurement strategies, and commercial management principles, with strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
