Job Summary

Welcome guests at Miral Experiences’ Abu Dhabi attractions by managing queues, greeting visitors, and providing ticketing and show/service information. Handle cash and payments accurately using a computerized POS system, operate turnstiles, and manage lost-and-found and guest surveys on a tablet. Proactively resolve guest concerns, upsell attractions to support revenue growth, follow cash handling and safety protocols, and work outdoors in varied weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

•Welcome guests warmly and engage them to understand and address requests.
•Manage queue lanes and provide pricing, promotions, show information, and suggestions to enhance the guest experience.
•Sell tickets and other products via a computerized POS system and handle payments, change, and cash drawer/float balancing.
•Resolve guest concerns in line with the guest complaint policy, and manage turnstiles to ensure smooth entry/exit with valid tickets/passes.
•Support revenue growth through upselling/cross-selling and help implement cost-saving programs, while following cash handling and safety procedures, including emergency/evacuation support as needed.

Key Requirements

•Higher secondary or equivalent education.
•Minimum 1-year operational experience in a guest or customer service setting.
•Cash handling experience, including balancing cash/float.
•Theme park/water park experience.
•Fluency in English and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
