  • •5+ years of experience in instructional design or learning & development, ideally in a B2B SaaS/tech environment.
  • •Ability to take existing briefs, decks, and raw source materials and produce engaging, high-quality learning content.
  • •Hands-on experience building courses in Articulate Rise and strong proficiency across the Articulate 360 suite.
  • •Experience concepting, scripting, and producing learning microvideos (recording, light editing, optimizing for on-demand).
  • •Experience building and managing content in a modern LMS platform (bonus if it’s Thought Industries).
