Treasury Management Specialist

Support clients and internal teams for electronic banking and treasury management products, including online banking, ACH, wires, e-statements, check positive pay, sweeps, lockbox, and remote/mobile deposit. Provide incoming and external call support via electronic channels, schedule installations and training, assist with implementations and client reviews, and coordinate with other banking departments on pending items and issues. Handle routine daily tasks, outage escalation, and compliance-focused account/process support.
