Key Responsibilities

•Lead design coordination on multidisciplinary civil/infrastructure projects using 12d modelling and AutoCAD.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders from multiple engineering disciplines to integrate and coordinate designs.
•Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members within the design and drafting field.
•Deliver projects within tight timeframes while maintaining client relationships and ensuring design quality.
•Contribute to the overall project success by ensuring designs meet technical and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
•10+ years’ experience in civil infrastructure developments, including Defence projects.
•Strong proficiency in 12d and AutoCAD.
•Demonstrated ability to design and deliver multidisciplinary projects.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships while delivering results within tight timeframes.
