Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the on-site electrical subject matter expert for all commissioning activities and act as the primary escalation point for technical issues across all project phases.
•Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and O&M documentation to ensure alignment with design intent and project specifications.
•Oversee third-party commissioning agents (CxA), including scope development, performance management, deliverable tracking, and activity oversight such as factory witness testing and startup validation.
•Identify equipment requiring factory testing and coordinate with the procurement team to schedule vendor testing activities.
•Review and approve commissioning documentation including the Cx Plan, L2–L5 test scripts, reports, and turnover packages.

Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: USD 136,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in data center commissioning, construction, or critical infrastructure delivery.
•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field; equivalent commissioning experience considered (CxA certification a plus).
•Deep knowledge of commissioning levels L1 through L5 and the associated documentation and testing requirements at each phase.
•Hands-on experience with data center systems including power distribution and EPMS infrastructure.
•Proven experience managing third-party commissioning agents and holding vendors accountable to scope, schedule, and quality.
