Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the on-site electrical subject matter expert for all commissioning activities and act as the primary escalation point for technical issues across all project phases.
  • •Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and O&M documentation to ensure alignment with design intent and project specifications.
  • •Oversee third-party commissioning agents (CxA), including scope development, performance management, deliverable tracking, and activity oversight such as factory witness testing and startup validation.
  • •Identify equipment requiring factory testing and coordinate with the procurement team to schedule vendor testing activities.
  • •Review and approve commissioning documentation including the Cx Plan, L2–L5 test scripts, reports, and turnover packages.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in data center commissioning, construction, or critical infrastructure delivery.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field; equivalent commissioning experience considered (CxA certification a plus).
  • •Deep knowledge of commissioning levels L1 through L5 and the associated documentation and testing requirements at each phase.
  • •Hands-on experience with data center systems including power distribution and EPMS infrastructure.
  • •Proven experience managing third-party commissioning agents and holding vendors accountable to scope, schedule, and quality.
