Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage pre- and post-contract cost activities including cost estimates, procurement/tendering, contract administration, variations, and final account.
  • •Conduct feasibility studies and produce procurement reports.
  • •Estimate and cost plan to produce and present the final cost plan.
  • •Lead tendering and procurement deliverables including pre-qualification, tender list, tender analysis and report, and contractual document compilation.
  • •Prepare monthly post-contract cost reports, perform cost checks/valuations, support change control, and contribute to cost risk analysis and value engineering.
  • •Maintain feedback and learning on cost estimating to update best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven cost and/or commercial management experience, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • •Technical knowledge of data center or other related facility asset types.
  • •Good knowledge of construction methods and procurement processes.
  • •Experience with, or managing teams using multiple estimating tools and applications.
  • •Strong skills with spreadsheets and databases, with excellent communication and organization.
