Job Summary

Investigate and resolve risk-related issues on the platform by using data to spot patterns in escalated incidents, identifying procedural gaps, and managing high-risk cases with urgency. Adjudicate user background screenings for compliance, investigate and decide on sender Gig claims, and assess internal/external liabilities to reduce losses. Partner with Legal and support communications, including coordinating with law enforcement when needed.
