Job Summary

Lead Network Services, Operations, and Delivery to ensure stable, secure, high-performing network services across WAN/SD-WAN, LAN/WLAN, firewalls, remote access, and public DNS. Own service delivery and operational governance using ITIL-based incident/problem/change and lifecycle practices, drive the network strategy and roadmap (including Zero Trust and network simplification), and manage vendors/MSPs with strong performance management and compliance alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and manage the network team (service, operations, and delivery capabilities) to ensure clarity and a high-performance culture.
•Own network service delivery end-to-end, ensuring stable, secure, resilient performance across WAN/SD-WAN, LAN/WLAN, firewalls, remote access, and public DNS.
•Provide operational governance and ensure incident/problem/change and lifecycle management processes follow ITIL frameworks and meet SLAs/KPIs.
•Develop and execute the network strategy and roadmap, driving transformation initiatives including Zero Trust, network simplification, and secure access.
•Manage key vendors and managed service providers, running governance forums such as service reviews, performance reporting, escalations, and risk management while ensuring compliance and security standards.

Key Requirements

•College diploma or university degree in business, information systems, or technical related subjects.
•Minimum 5 years hands-on technical experience in network operations and wider infrastructure/IT teams.
•Minimum 5 years management experience within network operations or wider infrastructure/IT teams.
•Proven experience working with network operations software products, platforms, and vendors.
•Experience in the construction materials/industrial manufacturing sector and working in a federated matrix model.
