Senior Resource Management Specialist

Manage resourcing for Professional Services and Education engagements, partnering with Services Account and Delivery Managers to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate scheduling with clients and internal stakeholders, resolve booking conflicts, and support the engagement lifecycle from booking through delivery and revenue recognition. Build and communicate resource forecasts, monitor utilization and underutilization, mentor resource management specialists, and drive process/system improvements to increase RMO efficiency using business applications and reports.
