  • •Manage resourcing across all Professional Services and Education engagements, acting as liaison between Services Account Managers and Delivery Managers
  • •Obtain and coordinate appropriately skilled resources using expertise and calendar availability for Statements of Work
  • •Resolve resource booking conflicts and support engagement lifecycle from booking through scheduling, delivery, and revenue recognition
