Lead the evolution of testing for eSIM/eSE development teams, shifting from manual efforts to an automation-first, scalable framework. Key Responsibilities

•Analyze the current manual test setup, including scripts, test flows, data, devices, simulators, HIL/lab infrastructure, backend/simulator services, and product firmware for eSIM/eSE products.
•Architect and implement a modular, reusable mobile/embedded automation framework with libraries, fixtures, data, device control, simulator/backend integration, and reporting.
•Develop PoCs and reference flows hands-on, including Android device setup, ADB/logcat usage, device provisioning, automation scripts, log collection, and Jenkins/CI execution.
•Lead Android platform and device debugging/failure analysis across phone-side software and layers (system/privileged services, platform/vendor layers), plus backend/simulator, eSIM/eSE firmware, lab hardware setup, and test scripts.
•Drive process improvements for quality and compliance: shift-left, risk-based testing, automated regression/smoke suites, traceability, quality gates, audit-ready evidence, and adoption via playbooks/templates and KPI/SLI reporting.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Software Engineering (or related fields).
•Minimum 5 years in software/hardware testing for embedded, mobile, telecom, smart card, secure-element, or device-integrated products, with at least 3 years in test architecture or test automation leadership.
•Ability to translate test strategy into working scripts, reusable libraries, device-bench flows, CI jobs, and troubleshooting playbooks.
•Experience with C/C++ and at least one of Python, Java, or Kotlin, including reading/debugging/modifying test-bench or integration code.
•Hands-on automation framework experience (e.g., Robot Framework, PyTest, JUnit/TestNG), plus Jenkins/CI and Git workflows (PR/code review).
