Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze current manual test setups (scripts, flows, data, devices, simulators/HIL, backend/simulator services, and product firmware) for eSIM/eSE.
  • •Architect and implement a modular, reusable automation framework with libraries, fixtures, device control, simulator/backend integration, and reporting.
  • •Hands-on implement proof-of-concepts and reference flows including Android device setup, ADB/logcat usage, provisioning, automation scripts, log collection, and Jenkins/CI execution.
  • •Lead Android platform/device failure analysis across phone-side software, privileged services, platform/vendor/device layers, backend/simulator, eSIM/eSE firmware, and lab hardware/test scripts.
  • •Drive quality and compliance improvements (shift-left, risk-based testing, automated regression/smoke suites, traceability, and audit-ready evidence) and define KPIs/SLIs while mentoring engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years in software/hardware testing for embedded, mobile, telecom, smart card, secure-element, or device-integrated products, including at least 3 years in test architecture or test automation leadership.
  • •Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Computer/Software Engineering (or related fields).
  • •Translate test strategy into working scripts, reusable libraries, device-bench flows, CI jobs, and troubleshooting playbooks.
  • •Programming skills in C/C++ plus Python, Java, or Kotlin, with ability to read/debug/modify adjacent code when needed.
  • •Experience with major test frameworks (Robot Framework, PyTest, JUnit/TestNG or similar) and Jenkins/CI with Git workflows and artifact management (Nexus/Artifactory or equivalent).
