Key Responsibilities

  • •Process post-sale annuity transactions and business requests according to government regulations, contract provisions, and internal procedures and controls.
  • •Provide outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs and delivering timely responses.
  • •Maintain knowledge of contract and product provisions, administration systems, and related federal and state regulations.
  • •Interpret contract provisions for current and past products and advise/route inquiries appropriately, including topics requiring proper insurance or securities license.
  • •Apply lean methodology in daily interactions through problem-solving meetings and team huddles.

Key Requirements
