Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead monthly financial reporting and variance analysis for Distribution & Logistics expenses against budget, forecast, and prior year results.
  • •Build trusted partnerships with Operations, Accounting, and Regional/Global Finance teams to support informed decision-making and accountability.
  • •Develop and maintain financial models for distribution centers and transportation to improve forecasting accuracy and support strategic planning.
  • •Prepare the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes for Distribution & Logistics.
  • •Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, reporting capabilities, and analytical tools to increase efficiency across FP&A activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Economics.
  • •3+ years of FP&A experience, preferably supporting logistics or supply chain in a complex international, multi-channel sales environment.
  • •Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel for analysis.
  • •Knowledge of accounting procedures.
  • •Fluent English written and spoken, with strong communication and ability to work independently under pressure.
