Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and validate platform activity, including creator payments, platform increases, customer funding activity, and other platform-related transactions.
  • •Prepare and post journal entries and ensure platform activity is accurately reflected in accounting records, including correct accounting treatment.
  • •Own platform-related reconciliations, investigate variances, and reconcile creator payment activity recorded in NetSuite.
  • •Support customer account reconciliations and maintain accurate records of customer funds, escalating unresolved items as needed.
  • •Strengthen treasury and accounting processes through process improvement, cross-functional partnership, and support for audits and control initiatives.

Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in accounting, treasury, finance, or financial operations, with strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial controls.
