Job Summary

Lead and contribute to building an AI platform within the Deployment Adoption Platform team, focusing on reducing the cost of implementing Workday globally through advanced ML solutions, LangChain tooling, and scalable data-driven features. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy large language model powered applications in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered features and applications using large language models.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into scalable ML solutions.
•Build and optimize data pipelines, feature engineering strategies, and model evaluation workflows.
•Leverage LangGraph/LangChain/LangSmith to enhance AI platform capabilities and tooling.
•Communicate findings and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in software engineering.
•Expert level proficiency in Python.
•Experience in LangGraph, LangChain, and LangSmith.
•Proficiency in at least one other statically-typed language such as Java, Scala, Rust, or C++.
